Uber Philippines will expand its service on Cebu City

This comming November 6, 2015. Uber Philippines will expand it's service in Cebu City. This will be another milestone for Uber Philippines, as usual this sparked a new tension in the transport sector aside from expansion, Uber is now rolling out a cash payment system for its patrons.
