It's really alarming at the moment as we can see it on the news that there are a lot of car napping incidents that happened in the past few weeks, some of them are fatal and leading to being killed by the car nappers. I am really concerned for the new partners that is currently engaging in Uber Manila and I do hope that this could help them in some way to protect themselves and their business.

Uber Manila Partners and Grab Peers are the current target of the car nappers but there's a way to make sure that your business and your precious life could be saved, and that's by installing a GPS Tracker.

What is a GPS Tracker?

GPS tracking is the surveillance of location through use of the Global Positioning System (GPS ) to track the location of an entity or object remotely. The technology can pinpoint longitude, latitude, ground speed, and course direction of the target.

Where to buy a GPS Tracker?

There are a lot of auto supply that sells GPS Trackers here in Metro Manila, some of them are expensive but some of them are really cheap. My suggestion would be buying a cheap but reliable GPS Tracker that wouldn't hurt your budget at all but taking in mind it's reliability.

If you are looking for a reliable but cheap GPS Tracker you might want to check this one GSM GPS Vehicle Tracker this only cost P3990 compared to other GPS Tracker that's worth around P10,000 on which works as the same as the top brands.

If you bought this through this page, you'll also get a monitoring software (which is good for Uber Manila Partners with alot of vehicles or have a fleet). Another thing is you can buy this on a COD (Cash on Delivery) basis, so that you could test it out before buying this product.

I also use this GSM GPS Vehicle tracker on my vehicles and it works perfectly. It's better to invest for a few pesos than to loose your car. Don't take the risk, be safe and be protected. Uber On!

  1. Hi, thank you for the topic. Maybe you can recommend a reputable installer for this device. I am very much interested but I have reservations as these might mess the electricals of our cars. Thanks!

    1. This is an easy to install GPS Tracking device, any auto electrician can definitely install this.

  2. Hi, this GPS needs SIM card right? then how do we put load to it?

  3. Hi, Yes it does use a sim card. If you don't want too much hassle i could say that you should get a smart or globe postpaid plan (data plan) i think there's a P250 plan for smart which has a 100 mb data allowance and i think globe also does offer it.

If you want to chose prepaid sim cards, i suggest that you should chose globe as it has a stronger network connectivity, then before putting the simcard on the gps tracker device, you need to enroll the number on the globe application for mobile or desktop (globe website/account) so whenever you need to topup a load you can do so to any store, then just enroll the sim card on a surfing/internet option via app or globe website.

    Hope this helps
