This will only work out to new registered accounts. You just need to register as usual, and just choose the cash payment as an option for your payment details. While existing Uber Manila riders could check their application if there's already a cash option for them.

If you can't see a cash option on your app, We suggest that you email Uber Manila and ask them why you haven't got a cash payment option? In our case, we have emailed Uber about it and it seems that our app is not updated on the current version, so we just updated it and the cash option was there.

Email Uber Manila support, that's the only logical thing to do. We have heard that some riders still doesn't have the cash option yet, but if you could email UBER and let them know, they will surely respond, just like in our case.

If else, try to register a new rider account using a new email and see if it will work, as some of the riders we have asked who pays using cash payment did that in order to use the cash payment.
