Uber Manila is desperate and forcing Uber Black Partners to take Uber Xpassengers
7:24 PM
Uber Manila seems desperate on looking great for the market as it forces Uber black cars to take uber x requests.
It looks like UBER is on the verge of losing all of its quality drivers, there are surges left and right and by the looks of it, majority of the partner had already uber off.
Lower fares, not enough market, and especially low income those are the main reason why partners took a time off.
Now that there are almost few partners on the uber x market, they are forcing uber black partners to take the rides.
We have receive alot of emails from uber black partners that uber gives them uber x requests on which alot of uber black partners are not very fond of since the fares are lower it will just go on their maintenance and gasoline expense than an income.
If Uber Manila continue doing this, they will also lose the uber black partners and this will be the end for Uber Manila.
They should atleast come up with a clean solution for the problem, holiday is almost coming and the demand will rise again, if there are no partners on the road, then passengers won't even take a ride with a x5 surge.

Does it really take long before uber submits your documents to ltfrb? I've been tracking my status on their tracker but up to now it only says step 1 has been completed and when i emailed them to ask about my status they said they were still preparing to submit it to ltfrb. I submitted online last november 21.

DeleteI can confirm this, i booked uberx 3 weeks ago and i got a fortuner hahaha, even the driver didnt know that his fare will be uberx rate and he was shocked when i informed him . i guess uber's business model in the philippines is failing. Grab is already a thousand steps ahead of uber. the management of grab really knows how to operate this kind of business in asia while the people at uber manila is still guessing what to do. if uber cant do something to fix this , grab will eat uber up. the surge is so high nowadays when there is a surge i just book grabcar because its cheaper, and when there is no surge i book uber that's why i think uber is not only losing quality partners but its also losing riders. its a bad move that uber removed the incentives, they should have maintained the incentives, then added the cash payment and when the number of riders greatly increases because of cash payments thats the time they remove the incentives. ang laki naman ng budget nila from headquarters ( at least 3 billion dollars)tapos tinipid pa tayong mga partner ano ba naman yung panatilihin yung incentives ng isang taon pa hanggang dumami talaga ang riders nila, siguro masyado lang lumaki ulo ng head ng uber manila ngayon akala nila hindi sila mauubusan ng partnersin asia o siguro yun head ng ubermanila gusto impress ang mga boss sa headquarters at pinagmalaki na kaya na nilang operate ang uber dito pinas ng walang bibigay na incentives . ang problema yun mga beteranong driver na kabisado na magpatakbo ng uber, kabisado ang mga map at pati waze eh nag uber off na. yun mga driver nila ngayon puro baguhan kaya sakit ulo ng mga riders nila. well sino ba naman ako para magreklamo kay uber, dahil sa kanya kumita narin naman ako ng malaki as a long time partner at nagpapasalamat ako sa kanya but now nag uberoff muna, keep this blog up sir sana maka buo ka ng samahan ng operators hindi lang uber operators pero pati grab operators din para malakas ang samahan. well guys i guess if uber doesnt do anything to increase partners income ill be applying for grabpeer in the coming months antay muna ngayon sa next move ni uber :-)
