Well some of us do experience discrepancy on our earnings, and some of us have questions that needed to be answered as soon as possible, but the only way we know how to contact Uber is by through email.

What we have learned from our experience are frustration on waiting the ticket to be updated, and a long line of wait on which will still be on the ticketing system.
