  2. Hi Ruel,

It seems that's the case. Other partners did also receive the same incentives like us and some are with those 16+ trips target to earn additional P200 every succeeding trips.

  3. Hi Admin,

This the most relevant post in lieu with my concerns so far. (june 13-19 promotional incentive)

I am new in the business, just wrapped up the 4th day.

    1. I believe I met the 12hour, 12 trips with 80% acceptance rate. How will I know if I hit the quota as it does not appear in the app.

    2. For the 12 hour requirement, if I go offline to eat and go back afterwards within the timeframe, am I still eligible? Or, is it a non stop clock rule?

    3. The parameters are, 7hrs for 500, 10hrs for 900 and 12hrs for 1200. What if I only got 6 trips in the first 7 hours, then got 9 on the 10th hour but got 13 trips before the 12th hour lapsed. Am i still eligible for 1200 incentive?

Is there a way to view the acceptance rate?

    Thank you!
    Mari

  4. Hi Mati Otazu,

Here are the answers to your questions.
    1. If you fall below the acceptance rate of 80% you'll receive a warning from Uber, so if you didn't receive one it means your acceptance rate is above 80%. You could see if you hit the incentives on the final pay statement.

    2. Only trips that ypu have a passengers are counted. Here are some basic example scenario below:

    Passenger 1: took 2 hrs.
    Passenger 2: took 30 mins
    Passenger 3: took 30 mins.
    Breaktime
    Passenger 4: took 1hr

Total hours 4, total passenger is 4. Remember that to be eligible to the promo incentives the passenger and hour ratio should be 1:1.

    3. Yes. Remember if you feel that you deserve and had completed the incentives and you didnt receive any. Do contest it at Uber support by emailing them or go to the office.

  5. Thank you for the prompt response. For item #2, is it safe to reference the time online display in the app? assuming I reached the hour per passenger ratio?

I am quite confused. What if i'm online waiting for a request, is it also counted? Or, the sum of trips duration alone?

    Thanks
    Mari

  6. Hi Mari,

Yes the hours displayed on the app itself will be Uber PH basis and that would be hours with passengers/clients on the road.

Time online without or just waiting for a passenger isn't counted on the trip and will not be displayed on the app.

    Hope this helped.

  7. Thank you big time. Last concern though, just got the pay statement. In th past 4 days of journey, all the parameters have been met. 80% rate met as well. (personal computation did) but unfortunately, did not have any incentive for any day. Too bad. A mail was also given to me that I wasnt accepting passengers. I dont know where on earth their basis was. But, a few hours after, they mailed me again that i was in the top 5% of partners last week..what does that imply? Incentive wise, does it also give a reward? Thanks!

  8. Hi Mari,

There are cases that the system somewhat disregards any incentives. If you feel that you have any payout discrepancy esp on incentives it is better to contact uber on their email or go to the office.

    Hope this helps
