In the past few weeks, some of us had experience a technical error on using Waze. Whether you are using an Android or an iOS device you either had experience this.



The current problem:


Waze is saying "Searching for Network" or sometimes Waze will throw you in a loop.

The solution:

Here are some possible solutions that we have tried and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't for some of our device.




Restart your mobile phone. 

Sometimes restarting your mobile phone will fix the problem and if it didn't you might want to try the other solution.

Deleting and Re-installing the app. 

This had worked 80% on our devices. Deleting and re-installing the app did fix the problem for some of our device.

Download the lower version

Downloading the lower version fixed the problem on some of our device. This fix can only work for Android users.. you can download the older version by clicking here.

We know how troublesome it is for new partners especially to those who just started as some of us really do rely on Waze to safely bring our passengers to their destination. But if all else fails, We suggest that you should tell your passengers right away that your Waze app is malfunctioning and if it's alright that he/she can guide you on the fastest route to his/her destination.
