UBER Manila is now accredited by LTFRB
11:31 AMHi guys. Today August 19, 2015 UBER Manila is already accredited by LTFRB as a legal TNC (Transport Network Company) under UBER Technologies Inc..
According to Inquirer.net LTFRB and DOTC approved the documents submitted by UBER Manila. LTFRB and DOTC raised it's alarm in the past few weeks for compliance with UBER and gaved UBER Manila a deadline for accreditation by August 20th. UBER Manila complied with this and provided all the documents concerning to be a TNC last August 18th and today UBER Mana is now accredited.
Have you passed all your documents?
Have you provided all your documents? If not then it's the best time to pass your documents to uber. And here are the documents needed.
- certification of registration of business name DTI (must be regional NCR)
- Police clearance and NBI clearance for drivers
- Notarized TNVS form
- garage map image
- car documents
Once you completed the documents UBER Manila will reply with a TNVS MP (Motion for Provision) we will use it to avoid apprehension. And thus this document will serve as an extention for 45 days that we can drive for UBER Manila without apprehension from LTFRB and DOTC.

ReplyDeleteHi Jimmy,
Delete2012 and up as to comply with the LTFRB requirements.
I was under the impression that they impose all cars must not be older than 7 years. then again they also wrote that cars must have an engine displacement of 2,000cc and that the operator must own a fleet of 20 cars with many other requirements which I hope won't become a problem in the future.
DeleteWell it is for a different service, a new service franchise for premium taxi :) that is not for uber or other ride sharing company :) so don't fret, only new requirements would be car year model 2012 and up
Deletethanks for the notice...
ReplyDeleteactually I wonder what would happen to Uber operators with older cars now
ReplyDeleteSad to say that they'll be apprehended on the road
DeleteHi! Goodafternoon. How long would it take before the PA be released and should we wait for it to be released before going active?
