The truth be told, without the incentives Uber Pool is somewhat on the downside in terms of base income. The ROI for the pool service is not really reliable. We cannot do something about it, it is part of Uber Philippines.

The service had helped thousands of passengers, but of course it is also like a double edge blade. There are passengers who can't even follow the rules for the pool service. If you'd ask us, we are hoping that Uber should give a little consideration for its partners.

So will we accept Uber Pool service even without the incentives? We have no choice, so definitely yes. We signed up to provide a quality service to clients and even if the fare is low, there's still a possibility that you can earn.
